Skiing has been a part of our Winter for the past 8 years. Our small town school has an excellent program that makes it very affordable for the kids to ski our local ski hill. My husband has either drove the ski bus, or has coached kids in snowboarding for the last 8 years that we have lived in the Methow Valley. I relish my quiet time at home and sip my coffee by the fire while they get to make memories with their dad. I know of many who have fond memories of Skiing during the Winter months. I've had this piece floating around in my head for a few years, and it feels good to see it finally represented in ink on paper.
